Most AI conversations start with technology.
The better conversations start with workflow, cost, revenue, risk, compliance, productivity or customer experience.
A model by itself does not create business value. The value appears when it changes a process, improves a decision, reduces effort, reduces risk, increases speed or improves customer experience.
The practical question is not: what AI can we use? The better question is: which process or decision deserves to become smarter?
