I study how growth, markets and countries are built.
I am a business growth and go-to-market professional from Mumbai with experience across India, China, Hong Kong, APAC and global markets. My work has sat at the intersection of strategy, enterprise sales, financial services, technology, AI, transformation and value creation.
Living in China for more than five years changed how I think about scale, speed, infrastructure, ambition, execution and culture. This website is where I connect those lessons with business strategy, technology change, India’s growth story and the larger forces shaping companies and countries.
The four ideas that shape my work.
I look at business through a mix of field experience, global exposure, structured thinking and curiosity about how systems behave.
Growth is designed
Companies grow when markets, positioning, distribution, product, pricing, trust and execution work together.
Countries shape companies
India, China and Asia taught me that infrastructure, policy, culture and ambition directly shape business outcomes.
Technology changes operating models
AI, cloud, data and automation are not just tools. They change how companies make decisions and deliver work.
Culture explains behavior
Trust, hierarchy, speed, language, incentives and social context quietly influence business decisions.
I am interested in the connection between business, technology, countries and culture.
Most business writing looks only at companies. But companies are shaped by deeper forces: capital, regulation, talent, infrastructure, national priorities, trust systems, history, technology cycles and cultural behavior.
My writing tries to connect these layers instead of treating strategy as a PowerPoint exercise.
Good strategy fails when incentives, routines, ownership and speed are not aligned.
Many companies do not lose because of weak products. They lose because they cannot reach, convert or retain the right customers.
AI creates value only when workflows, data, governance, incentives and decision-making change with it.
China, America, Europe and Asia all offer lessons, but India needs its own operating model.
A horizontal view of what shaped my thinking.
This is intentionally not a résumé. It is a map of the experiences and learning areas that shape this website.

Writing as a thinking system
This website is where I turn work, reading, travel, conversations and observations into reusable ideas.
I keep learning to stay useful.
I do not want the certifications to look like a badge wall. They should quietly signal that I stay updated across AI, cloud, pricing, leadership, analytics and financial services.
